Your personal data is not stored in any other paper or electronic files or databases accessed or administered by current or past officers of Oxted Offshore Sailing Club.

We have set preferences with our service providers to ensure that your personal data on their servers is not shared with, or distributed to, any third parties. Access to our accounts with Google mail and Mailchimp are password protected, and both service providers have their own data security policies to ensure your personal data is safeguarded.
